As an involved student in the West Valley-Mission Community College School District, I absolutely endorse Measure W. I am the President of the WVC Entrepreneurship Club, a member of the Persian Students Association, a member of the Society of Global Citizens on campus, and a Student Representative of the Guided Pathways Committee. I believe I can say with confidence, that this is something my fellow students want on their campus. This bond campaign is going to help thousands of students right now, and in the long run it’ll help countless more. Measure W’s success, is the students’ success.

The West Valley-Mission Community College District is one of the drivers of workforce training in Silicon Valley. In order to meet the workforce needs of California, community colleges need to increase the number of college educated workers by 1.5 million by the year 2025. This bond will allow us to build the facilities needed to meet that workforce demand.
